No Snow!

At last the sun is shining. The last snow was on Friday the 19th of April. I had to scrape and brush the truck.  Yes, I now have a truck and am saving for a trailer!

Dancer is all trimmed up. One of the barn girls trimmed his fetlocks and I had pulled his mane a few days previously - now if he would only gain weight. His ribs, withers and haunches are sticking out.  I am sure when he goes to the next barn, food won't be an issue! I have engaged saddle fitters to come and find him a saddle as his no longer fits!

Sunday was wonderful. Dancer and I spent a long hour outside. He nibbled new grass and I worked in brushing out his winter coat.

We tacked up and played at Parelli for an hour. I am concentrating on the squeeze game and sending game as he is going to be trailered soon to his new home!

Telma and I rode for an hour outside on the trails. We spent the next hour letting the horses nibble on the grassy hill.

Dancer will soon be moving to a new stable that is Parelli friendly. Bright Arrow Equestrian is't too far from home. It has a beautiful arena, paddocks and Parelli coaching available. I can't wait!
